Crystal Reiki is a holistic healing practise that uses the natural properties of crystals and the universal energy of Reiki to bring balance and alignment to your wellbeing, soothing the body, mind and spirit in a holistic way.

Initial Session
Ahead of your first session you will need to fill out a short questionnaire, so we can get an idea of any medical history, current medications, and wider lifestyle.
We will also talk about the reason you have come for a treatment and what you wish to get out of our time together. Are you simply wanting to destress or do you want help with something more specific.
This will take around 15 minutes and will allow us to provide a session that is personalised to you.
